Meet the office!

Christi Kirkman, QP

Christi founded Behavioral Services, Inc. in 1997 and serves as the agency's President. She is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the agency. She also ensures business is conducted in a manner that upholds the mission and vision of Behavioral Services, Inc. Christi is committed to each of the families we serve. Please stop in and introduce yourself. If you ever have a problem or a need that is not met…this is the person to see!

David Bumgarner

 

David Bumgarner, QP

David is the director of Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement. He is responsible for updating and verifying implementation of all Quality Improvement Plans as well as assisting with revising Policies and Procedures. He along with the President confirms the agency meets and maintains requirements of accreditation and MCO and Medicaid regulations. David is also one of the agency's Service Supervisors. He monitors staff in the field assuring services are being provided per each Client Specific Individual Support Plan and monitors clients for their safety and well-being.


Kristin Tilley

Kristin is the manager of Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement. Kristin oversees client charts and the documentation review process. She assists with revisions of all Quality Improvement Plans and ensures the agency maintains our "above standard" requirements and meets improvement measures.

Teresa Hester

Teresa Hester

Teresa oversees the billing process for the agency. In addition, Teresa supports the Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement processes through client chart audits, personnel file audits, and documentation review processes according to agency and state guidelines. Field staff will see Teresa with any questions regarding documentation.


Service Supervisors/Coordinators

Mary Raasch, QP

Wendy and Mary are also two of our Service Supervisors at Behavioral Services, Inc. They monitor staff in the field assuring services are being provided per each Client Specific Individual Support Plan. They assist in accuracy of service implementation by participating in recruitment, screening, and supervision of staff once hired. They work closely with the families we serve to guarantee their service needs are being met. Field Staff will see supervisors with any questions regarding goals, documentation, grievances, incident reporting, job performance, and overall job responsibilities.

Lauren Smith

Lauren Smith

Lauren is the agency's Scheduler. She is responsible for the day to day scheduling for each family. Staff report to her with any questions or problems regarding schedules with a family, breakdown of services, client specific information, or days needed off. She reports the attitude, flexibility, and absentee rate of staff to supervisors. In addition, Lauren supports the Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement processes through client chart audits, and documentation review processes.


Pam Padgett

Pam is our Human Resources Director. She advocates for the employees at Behavioral Services, Inc. and for the company. She is responsible for developing and implementing training for all staff, managing employee personnel files, and managing employee benefits.
